Please read these Terms and Conditions very carefully as they
incorporate the basis upon which reservations are accepted by Luxury
Hideaways/AMT American Express Travel, hereinafter referred to as LHS.

All prices are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.
Prices listed are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are based on local
supplier tariffs prevailing at printing date. Prices are contracted in advance
and are subject to currency fluctuations, increases by suppliers and changes
in local taxes both in the U.S. and in the overseas countries you are visiting.
Luxury Hideaways reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Acceptance
of this arrangement is a condition of booking. Each booking represents a complete
package of arrangements Prices are inclusive of all tour components. BREAKDOWNS
OF TOTAL COST CANNOT BE GIVEN.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Luxury Hideaways accepts the following forms of payments:
cash, check, money
order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Some exceptions may apply for certain
A minimum non-refundable deposit of U.S. $200.00 per person is due and
payable when reservations are initiated. ($300.00 per person required
on all Australian or New Zealand itineraries.) Additional deposits may
be due and payable for specific arrangements but this will be advised
to you at the time of booking. All deposits paid will be deducted from
the final balance. The final balance is due no later then 60 days prior
to departure. For all bookings made within 60 days of departure from
the U.S., full payments is required on confirmation. Payment of any
money constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as described
herein by the purchaser and/or passenger.
LATE BOOKING FEE
A US$ 50 fee may be levied on booking requested within 14 days prior to departure
to cover communication costs and overnight documents delivery fees with full
payment required on confirmation. If paying by check we will require a cashier's

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We Strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Please
inquire about available travel insurance policies as cover now includes some
pre-existing medical conditions if purchased within 7 days of initial deposit/payment.
No refunds will be given after a vacation has begun or for any unused
portion of the trip. All refunds must be requested in writing to LHS
within 30 days of return home.
LHS purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, and other services
from various suppliers that are not under its control. LHS cannot be
liable for any personal injury or property damage or any loss due to
any alterations, acts or omissions on the part of those providing services
listed on this web site or any other services incidental thereto. LHS
shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result
of any inaccuracy, misdescription or changes to any tour or itinerary
or for any losses or additional expenses due to war, strike, or other
causes. Baggage and personal effects are the passenger's own risk and
it is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain insurance against
loss or damage. LHS and the operators involved in this program shall
be exempt from all liability in respect to any detention, delay, loss,
damage, sickness or injury however and whomsoever caused and of whatever
kind occurring by any conveyance or property used or utilized by the
